Rudy Williams, M.S

Rudy has served in both the public and private sector for over 30 years as a professional Human Resources Director, Organizational Development Specialist, group interventionist, soft skills trainer, teacher, coach and retired state regulator receiving nationally recognized awards on three specific projects for innovation and impaired driving prevention. Rudy holds a Master of Science Degree in Instructional Technology/Educational Media from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Illinois.
Rudy received two Chrystal Awards from the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA) for co-producing two training videos “Last Call” and “It’s Your Call” in 2008 & 2010. He also earned a National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy nomination for “Wasted”–a public service video and ” Special Recognition” by NCSLA for “Wasted” in 2011.
Rudy is well known for his energy, extensive research, and public and private sector experience for personal career/executive coaching, soft-skills acquisition and team building programs. He taught human resources management, marketing, personal sales and sales management, and management principles as an adjunct instructor with Corban University. He also served as an adjunct instructor with Portland State University in adult learning, and Portland Community College. His passion is mindful leadership to find the fire within to revive, renew, reinvent, respond and reward to challenges, opportunities and circumstances.
