Conflict is a normal occurrence and to be expected in any work setting. How it is handled will determine if the conflict is quickly resolved or escalates. The workshop teaches participants the importance and skills of developing courage and conviction to implement two six-step processes in giving positive feedback and resolution to a co-worker when encountering messages, habits, jokes, or differences in behavior that offend.  

Participants will role-play and receive training on the six-step affirmation model, and the six-step apology which are designed to give compassionate and positive feedback for diffusing negative reactions and hostilities.

Learning these essential skills is not for the faint of heart.  BUT, you can’t live without them.
